We meet on Thursday evenings at 8pm.
Don't expect too much when you come here. We aren't the super-fit athletes you see at table tennis competitions, but we do know how to have a good time!
The meeting is a chance to get together and have a bit of exercise at the same time. Some people just come along and sit and chat.
We also take part in other social activities (meals and trips out) when the threat of over-exercise begins to haunt us.
